Global Business Development Manager – Ventilation (OEM)

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

This person will be based out of UAE & will be responsible for leading the Global OEM sales and marketing activities

Job Requirements:

  • Identify potential markets and develop a marketing plan
  • Manage key customer OEM accounts
  • Analyze market and industry trends, competitive product pricing and positioning
  • Develop product and technology roadmaps. Identify gaps and plan strategy for a global product portfolio
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts, agreements and pricing.

Job Qualification:

  • 12+ years of experience of managing Key Global OEM Accounts
  • Responsible for creating and implementing the strategic plan, establishing and ensuring global coordination and alignment by supporting Key Account Managers.
  • Facilitate tactical and operational needs relating to product development.
  • Has the experience of working in multicultural and diverse teams
  • Creative and non-biased thinking, very strong analytical abilities and fact based decision making

Sales Engineer- Ventilation

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a person who manages sales of the company’s products and services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales and marketing of Dynair ventilation and air conditioning range of products in Pakistan.
  • Having a good data base of Clients, Consultants and MEP Contractors.
  • Determine new opportunities for expanding the market
  • Analyzing and processing the prospect base and enquiries.
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective Clients.
  • Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
  • Planning and preparing presentations.
  • Coordinate between Factory and Contractors for order processing and deliveries.
  • Lead all aspects of day to day requirement.

Job Qualification:

A university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with marketing is preferred with a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in selling HVAC equipment’s.
