To ensure all fabrication part is as per the drawing and raise non-conformity if any deviation
To discuss all technical issues with the team
To perform inspection of materials at the Suppliers premises
To inspect incoming goods in accordance with SOP, purchase order and drawings
To prepare inspection report to record findings
To assist with the suppliers, clients and third party audits
To document and report any work or process not confirming to specified requirements
To follow up non conformance reports until the satisfactory conclusion
To ensure that any discrepant materials are removed from the process and quarantined
