The team utilizes state-of-the art CAE/CAD tools for modeling, analyses and product optimization to introduce new products which are ahead to the market in terms of higher FEI in accordance with AMCA 208 and ErP 327/1253. Maico Gulf’s R&D edge comes with its additional capability of AMCA/ISO accredited laboratory attached with factory for immediate prototyping and experimental validation.

With every new product launch or continuous development programs, prior to market release the product range is fully tested at approved third party fire test laboratories in EU region.

F400, F300 and B300 fire classifications as per EN12101-3 / 2 are some fire standards in accordance to which the product are tested and certified.

Complete AMCA certified product range is one of Maico Gulf Air Handling and Exhaust Units objective, with accredited laboratory available in the facility and running year round certification projects for MGU products.

From 2016, MGU started working with Underwriter’s Laboratory certification and has ever since kept adding products certified as per UL standards.
Technical/R&D team is well experienced in handling testing as per varying standard requirements thereby keeping the products up to latest applicable certifications.
