DYNAIR Tunnel jet fan series – CC-JD T/TA-TFR is used to bring in the fresh air, while moving the pollutants, heat, smoke and humidity from transportation tunnel, underground construction and utility tunnel. The transfer jet fan primarily serves to fulfill the longitudinal ventilation component by principle of thrust action for smoke spill management and comes with a simplified installation feature and low cost in comparison to transverse and semi-transverse ventilation using axial fans.
The transfer jet fans are fully reversible with aerodynamically optimized symmetric blade profile delivering same performance in either direction. CC-JD T/TA-TFR is optimized for higher thrust per fan diameter, lower torque and better noise characteristics. The hub and blade parts of impeller are modeled using FEM tools for structural strength exhibiting robust mechanical characteristics.
CC-JD T/TA-TFR range is offered in diameters from 500mm to 1250mm with sound attenuating silencer in various length of 1D, 1.2D and 1.5D of fan diameters. The fan casing and silencers are carbon steel mill/hot dip galvanized with options of special surface protection or also offered as fully stainless steel construct (AISI 316L) construct. The impeller consists of pressure die cast Aluminum alloys that are radiographed for high quality castings and dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940 and AMCA 204- G6.3 G2.5 grades.
